Rev. Dr. Margret A. O’Neall is a facilitator of intentional transformation in individuals and organizations. Currently a Unitarian Universalist interim minister, her experience includes leadership in public and private non-profit organizations, in roles that include organizational analysis, facilitating processes for strategy and vision, leadership development, creating and strengthening management systems, conflict mediation and community collaboration. Margret’s commitment to Appreciative Inquiry grows from her love for the deep and compelling work of transformation, the power of the positive core and a dream of the future to ignite the bright flame of possibility in individuals and the communities they create.
Margret holds Master’s degrees in Sociology (Michigan State University) and Community Development (University of Missouri), a Ph.D. in Organizational Sociology (University of Michigan) and a Master of Divinity (Meadville-Lombard Theological School).
